Role of the President

Role of the Secretary-Treasurer
- Collect, if applicable, are related to the costs of participation activities and submit to the President
(provide receipts required).
- Enter the information from the meeting in the software FORMSTACK (section member, Tab
Board).) using a computer (Mac / PC), iPad or iPhone. Submit preferably during the meeting or
within 24 hours of it.

Role of the Greeter
- Ask members to send you, via email, the name of each of their guests and their expertise to
prepare you to receive graciously and to know the attendance rate.
- Install the reception desk 15 minutes before the start of each meeting (mandatory).
