If you have been looking to be member of a community of positive, like-minded individuals come on out to our fundraiser.
In 2009 Melanie Hayden-Sparks began her GradUit Journey by launching H-Trio (Heart, Health and Home), an organization that was created as a result of her vision for a positive community of like-minded people who came together to gain knowledge and support each other without fear of judgment.
Many people in Ottawa have been a part of that journey that has now reached 10 years!
Where are they now? This is a question we have asked ourselves often. We decided it would be a great time to bring everyone together to reflect on where we have been, share the journeys to where we are at and re-connect.

Ottawa New Years Eve Charity Ball All Regions / Ontario / Canada
On Tuesday, December 31st, the Ottawa New Year’s Eve Charity Ball. Experience, an exciting night of the red carpet walk, paparazzi, amazing auction items, an extravagant four course meal, and champagne! Live entertainment, with the world class music artistry of the Steve Berndt Quartet featuring Rebecca Noelle. Dance the night away with the mastery of DJ David Deez. All proceeds will be donated to Journey House, a Canadian registered charity that provides housing for people with developmental challenges.

Dreamers Walk For Cerebral Palsy All Regions / Ontario / Canada
The Dreamers Walk for Cerebral Palsy is a vision of David Humphries. The Walk aims to raise awareness about Cerebral Palsy while also raising funds for research and assistance. It is open to all to participate in-to those with cerebral palsy, to those supporting them, to those who wish to know more, and to those who just enjoy attending a great event for a worthwhile cause.
David is the host of the tv show Living With A Disability. He has been leading a successful, and busy, life while dealing with Cerebral Palsy. He advocates for the rights of people with disabilities while working a variety of jobs and volunteering. He truly is an incredible young man.
