A forum for liver disease patients and families to connect with each other in person, to learn about their disease and learn how to cope. The program consists of sessions covering topics ranging from nutrition and exercise to treatments and transplantation. Guest speakers include liver specialists, social workers, nutritionists, and other health care professionals*. All sessions have a peer support and sharing session component to them.*Please note that our program speakers are unable to provide specific advice on a participant’s personal health concerns.
When: First Monday of each month identified below from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
